We arrived 01.06 to your hotel and we already disappointed with level of hotel and staff here: Staff in the bars and restaurants rude, never smile, not helpful, even restaurant manager non stop looking to watch and waiting for working time finish. -One evening my husband order raki (alcoholic drinks) instead of raki they give to him vodka -The same evening was no ice in the bars all night. -Telephone in the room not working properly -One evening water was closed during our shower time. Iin the beach area one staff member informed that it’s not allowed to smoke cigarets, how it’s possible in open area. -In the restaurant, during breakfast time at 10:15 morning we asked waiter at what time breakfast finish -Lady said that she don’t know , later she informed her supervisor to help us with timing, but unfortunately he ignored and even didn’t look to our side. In the room in information paper writing finish at 9:45, but probably information is wrong. -Very small variety of food in restaurant and drinks in the bars. In our first day we asked staff member near beach area (security gate) where we can take towels , guys informed us that at SPA center , but at 3 o’clock they closed and we have to take towels from the room , shower towels. -At 11 evening bar-mans closed entertainment music , guests want dance and enjoy their evening , but hotel don’t give possibility. And most up sad situation, today we seat by mistake on the beach towels of another guests , after we recognize this we informed them that we will changes a new towels for them , we went to the SPA , guys refused to give us and said that laundry closed. We meet with SPA manager, he also refused, informed that there is no towels left , give us towels carts and send us to come tomorrow at 9 morning. We contact reception , asked to meet with FO Mgr , as may be for us will be provided towels from HK department. In the end after all fighting and waiting around 40 min SPA give us towels- staff is unhelpful! We are not happy with hotel , your hotel staff change our mood , they not interested to help guests and make them happy , it’s very bad point , we will newer come back and will newer recommend your hotel.
