We stayed at Kaş Linda Hotel for 4 nights in August 2008. Our room is at the top floor with a great sea view. At first, everthing was good but last day we have a problem with our room. Hotel administration's attitude broke and saddened us very deeply about the problem.
Last evening, while my wife was having shower, the water was cut and she remained with foam. To learn the problem, i wanted to call reception but telephone didn't work. Then i went to the reception from fourth floor to ground floor and i asked when the water would come. They told me there was a problem at hyrophore and it would be repaired as soon as possible". Anyway, i went to our room again and started to wait water. We waited more than half an hour and water started to flow (not much) and my wife completed her shover.
Any tourist can encounter some problems in holiday, so we don't care much. Then we met the woman hotel manager at stairs and I said "We waited so long for the water and telephone in the room didn't work". Then she said "There was an electrical problem at hyrophore. Hotel called an electrician and he repaired the electiracal system of the hyrophore". I asked "Why the telephone in the room didn't work". She said "The hotel has been modified recently and telephone connections haven't been connected yet". Then I stated "Such those problems should have been told us before". While she was answering my questions, her attitudes and voice were becoming rude and unpleasant. Then I said "Our room is at the top floor, and maybe there is a problem about water flow, because in previous nights hot water didn't working properly and constantly, and sometimes water pressure changed (sometimes very low)". She alleged that "I am liar" with too rude voice. Then she said "If you don't like the hotel, you can go elsewhere". Then I said "I am an engineer and my wife is a teacher, we don't need to lie and we don't want do any polemic". We left from the hotel in the morning.
In conclusion, Linda Hotel provided very bad service. They have never apologized from us about water problem which wasn't definitely arisen by us. Also while leaving from hotel, they didn't help our luggage and didn't say anything (even good bye). Kaş is wonderful place, everyone should see Kaş, but you should think twice while chosing Linda Hotel.
